Hello all,

I come to you with a problem and am hoping for some guidance here.

I recently installed Shibby 140 on my Linksys E2500 V3 router.
Everything works great except no devices on my LAN are getting IPv6 addresses.

I can confirm my router itself gets an IP; but no devices on the LAN are getting it. Only a link local address.

I get an ipv4 IP, the router gets an ipv6 ip, but my LAN only has a link local listed (along with the ipv4 stuff)

My ISP is comcast, and under basic -> ipv6, I have it set to "dhcpv6 with prefix delegation" and prefix length of 64, only checkbox is "accept ra from wan"

In my administration > scripts > wan up > I have this set...

But with all of this set, and hard resets of the modem and router, nothing appears to be working right for ipv6.

but I am unsure how to proceed here.
I have another Comcast connection, and I'm running Shibby 140 on an RT-N66u, with the same wan up, and ipv6 general settings, and that network gets ipv6 with no issues.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you in advance!


Edit: to clarify, my router has an ipv6 address but the network doesnt.
in the tomato webui, if I do a ping6 or traceroute, I can get out to the world on v6, but any device on the lan, "destination network is unreachable"

Sorry to bump so early.
I did some digging around on here and found some other threads but i didn't find a fix.
More things to note.
1. toggling "request PD only" does not work
2. changing between "ipv6 with prefix delegation" and "disabled" shows no change
3. changing the "Accept RA from" options shows no change
4. toggling "Announce IPv6 on LAN (SLAAC)" & "Announce IPv6 on LAN (DHCP)" shows no change
5. Most all of the config that is present by default when resetting NVRAM has not been changed
6. Below in the codeblock is the dnsmasq.conf file from my router

Unsure what happened...
But I refreshed my logs, saw that dnsmasq hit a sigterm and restarted, came back up and now is serving ipv6...
I looked at the dnsmasq.conf file and there's no change from what I pasted in my earlier post.
Also, I want to note that since I posted that and dnsmasq crashing, I've not changed any settings.

Ponownie padły mi wszystkie porty sieciowe w routerze - to już 3-ci w 6 m-cy. Podejrzany to ekranowana, nieuziemiona skrętka - 12mb. Czy jest to możliwe?

Kupowałem Asusy n10u albo n12d1 ale nie widzę ich, chyba już nie produkują, Chodzi o coś nowego i taniego. Transfery niewielkie.

@overflow2 patrząc po dostępności funkcji w nowych kompilacjach, to chyba nawet WRT54G/GL jeszcze ma OpenVPN, albo jakiś odpowiednik... zależy, na jakie transfery liczysz.
